Specifications include, but are not limited to: New treatment building with aerobic granular sludge treatment processes, tertiary filtration, and UV disinfection with upgraded grit removal and solids handling, as well as the conversion of existing clarifiers for additional storm water storage, and site grading alterations to mitigate tidal flooding from the adjacent Saco River. The project will be constructed in a phased approach to complete and commission the new treatment process before making modifications to the existing infrastructure with minimal downtime to the facility. P-008.01: Furnish Sludge Feed Pumps • Furnish (2 EA) sludge feed pumps (P-6011 & P-6012) and related appurtenances per the project specifications. Please note, spec section 11300 is found in Tighe & Bond Addendum # 2 to the GMP-2 Specification. P-008.02: Credit for Existing Pump Trade In • Provide a credit for 5 total pumps to be traded in. Applicable pump swap programs only. P-008.03: Field Services • Provide on-site services of a factory trained representative per the equipment specifications to provide equipment inspections, supervision of commissioning and startup, and to perform operator training.
