Specifications include, but are not limited to: MWH Constructors is the Construction Manager at Risk for the SACO WATER RESOURCE RECOVERYFACILITY UPGRADE (Project). The Project consists of a new treatment building with aerobic granular sludge treatment processes, tertiary filtration, and UV disinfection with upgraded grit removal and solids handling, as well as the conversion of existing clarifiers for additional storm water storage, and site grading alterations to mitigate tidal flooding from the adjacent Saco River. The project will be constructed in a phased approach to complete and commission the new treatment process before making modifications to the existing infrastructurewith minimal downtime to the facility. The scope of work for this proposal consists of furnishing, shop testing, and verifying installation of two highsolids sludge dewatering centrifuges. Centrifuges are to be horizontal, solid bowl, scroll type with verticallyremovable bowl and remote mounted VFDs for a complete operational centrifuge system.
