Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. PROVIDER shall provide substance abuse and mental health treatment for adults ordered into the TAP program or the OPEN program by EJDC Judges or Hearing Masters. The treatment services shall be tailored to meet the individual needs of each client and all program participants shall be provided individual and group counseling sessions and additional services. PROVIDER shall facilitate group treatment to only TAP and OPEN participants, these groups should not be comingled with other programs, community referrals, or other EJDC programs. 2. The services may include but are not limited to the following: a. Intake and Assessment b. Treatment Planning c. Individual and Group Counseling d. Co-Occurring Treatment e. Couples, Family, and Children’s Therapy f. Psychiatric Services with Medication Management g. Group Counseling: Provider shall offer a large variety of clinical groups facilitated utilizing evidence-based curriculum, such as, but not limited to psychoeducational groups, relapse prevention groups, anger management/ impulse control groups, co-occurring disorders, mental health groups, trauma groups, gender specific groups. Provider must provide criminal thinking groups; MRT (moral recognition therapy) as part of the program. h. Educational/Vocational Assessment and Assistance i. Parent Education and Support Meetings j. Client Progress Reports- for use by the TAP and OPEN teams including level up reports, ASAM’s, and other clinical evaluations to support level of care. k. Discharge/Aftercare Planning l. Aftercare Services: referrals for positive peer/ alumni groups, mentoring programs, and other aftercare services as needed. m. Case Management Services; assistance enrolling in insurance, coordinating transportation, medical needs, financial planning, employment services, other basic needs. 3. PROVIDER shall perform all work in accordance with evidence based treatment modalities and methodologies as approved by the EJDC Coordinator, as well as, the 10 Key Components of Drug Court recommended by the National Drug Court Institute and subject to compliance with this Contract. EJDC Coordinator will approve all curriculums and any training paid for by the EJDC and attended by the PROVIDER will be incorporated and implemented within 90 days of attendance. If the Provider is unable to implement the training, PROVIDER must communicate why they are unable to implement and have a comparable training to recommend to EJDC and EJDC Coordinator.
