Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall remove 225 trees from the park. These trees are mostly Ash trees that are dead or dying and present a risk to property and/or persons. All trees to be cut shall be marked by the park. All trees, brush, and chips shall be removed from park property. There are 90 stumps that shall be ground to just below ground level. These areas shall be smoothed out as much as possible. All stumps to be removed shall be marked by the park. All other trees shall be cut as close as possible to ground level. Contractor shall have one of the following licenses to bid on this job; Full BC, BC-B, BC-Landscaping. All work areas shall be barricaded for the safety of park personnel and visitors. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to ensure a safe work environment for workers.
