Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State seeks to replace its existing Managed File Transfer (MFT) software used for file transfers at the State of Michigan. STATE OF MICHIGAN EXPECTATIONS - The Solution will be hosted within the State’s Next Generation Digital Infrastructure (NGDI) private cloud environment. The State expects this contract to include implementation and migration services. After implementation, any staffing services may be procured via other contract vehicles established by the State. The State expects that the Bidder will participate annually and, as needed, in answering questions and providing evidence for NIST 800-053 Security Controls for Authority to Operate. MIGRATION SERVICES - Provide consulting and script development services to support the migration of MessageWay (MWay) users and workflows, where feasible, to satisfy specific Client requirements. Moving users from MessageWay to the new Solution. Moving file delivery configuration from MessageWay to the new Solution. Moving automation processes from MessageWay to the new Solution. Monthly billing associated scripts. Design, develop, test, document, package, and deliver scripts associated with monthly billing for agency file activity. File processing scripts. Design, develop, test, document, package, and deliver file processing scripts. Reporting scripts. Design, develop, test, document, package, and deliver reporting scripts. File transfer scripts. Design, develop, test, document, package, and deliver file transfer scripts. Any file transfer script needs as directed by Client where inherent file transfer client functionality is unable to fulfill the requirement or an incompatibility exists between the client and server software or their configurations, such as with Ciphers, MAC’s or KEX Algorithms.
