Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Farmington is seeking the professional services of an engineering firm or firms to design sidewalk ADA improvements on Sunset Ave between 20th and 30th Street. Must comply with ADA improvements per the 2019 NMDOT T/LPA Handbook, 2019 NMDOT Highway and Bridge Specifications, City of Farmington Specifications, and, PROWAG for pedestrian facilities which includes sidewalks, accessibility ramps, pedestrian push buttons at intersections, etc. The project will be to provide survey, design, specification, all required certification, public meetings, environmental documents, ROW acquisition, and other related services. The firm determined to be the most qualified will complete the engineering services with the option to have the firm complete ROW and construction administration contingent on future funding and Council approval.
