Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The providing of professional parking and engineering consulting services • Providing the expertise in the overseeing, renovation, and revitalization to the comprehensive PARC facilities plan • Prepare feasibility studies • Prolong and preserve the life of all garages and parking operations as more specifically set forth in Task Order(s) under this Agreement to include but not be limited to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Systems, and Elevators. • MEP, and Elevator may include the following: a. Verify existing equipment/systems and observe operating conditions and remaining life span. b. Review of mechanical systems: i. Air distribution as ductwork, dampers and air terminals ii. General exhaust systems c. Review of the electrical systems: i. Lighting control systems ii. Interior lighting systems iii. Exterior lighting systems iv. Power distribution v. Branch circuiting vi. Low voltage raceways for technology systems vii. Emergency and life safety systems viii. Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure and charging capabilities d. Review of Plumbing systems: i. Domestic hot and cold water systems ii. Sanitary systems iii. Drainage systems 1. Interior 2. Secondary e. Review of fire protection engineering: i. Distribution systems such as piping and sprinkler heads ii. Fire pump f. Review of Elevator systems through a 3rd party consultant: i. Mechanical systems – controllers, proprietary software, etc… ii. Structural systems – sills, door frames, cabs, etc… iii. Lighting systems iv. Durability to include life expectancy, exposure to climate conditions, etc…
