Specifications include, but are not limited to: Quarterly Grease Trap and Grease Inceptor Pumping and Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs as Required; Ensure traps and inceptors are cleaned and maintained per current Pima County guidelines and ordinances; Maintain and provide quarterly pumping and inspection reports for each site; Report any issues to the District within 24 hours of inspection; Provide repairs or upgrades to the grease trap systems as needed, or as requested; On-Call Septic Pumping and Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs as Required; Pumping septic tanks as called in by the District; Provide visual inspection of the septic tank when on site for pumping; Report any issues to the District within 24 hours of inspection; Service, clean, and maintain as needed, or as called in by the District; Provide repairs or upgrades to the septic systems and mechanics as needed or requested
