Specifications include, but are not limited to: building maintenance and landscaping services at Black Point Estate and Gardens, Lake Geneva, WI, which shall be provided April 1 – November 30 of each calendar year of the contract. The awarded Contractor shall provide two (2) caretakers at the site for a minimum of three (3) eight (8) hour days each week during the contract period. Work days will be determined in advance by WHS, with a schedule provided in the fully executed Statement of Work. WHS intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be rejected. There will be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity, or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract.
