Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services to be Provided: A. To provide guidance on advancing the Prevention and Protection Service division on the alignment of the practice model on assessment tools such as initial assessment, risk assessment, safety assessment, safety planning, training curriculum, quality assurance review or reflection, etc. B. To provide support for Prevention and Protection Services in order to continue to build knowledge and skill for the practitioners who will be the catalyst of the continued learning surrounding the practice model. C. To provide consultation and guidance on practice intensives, training, and other events surrounding practice model alignment. D. To provide consultation on revising guidance for mandated reporters to align with the practice model. E. To provide an electronic platform for supporting supervisors in coaching their employees through critical thinking and electronic assessment maps used by practitioners for decision making. F. To provide technical support to PPS staff utilizing the electronic platform. G. To provide dashboard reports of data from the electronic platforms and other initiatives where data is available. H. To provide support to a group of practitioners going through trainer certification process for Kansas Practice Model Overview and guidance on sustainability planning. I. To provide advanced practice and leadership workshops with the assistance of PPS staff to transition to fully PPS. J. To provide Learning Leader development that will be co-facilitated by members of the learning leader facilitation team to transition to fully PPS. K. For PPS to continue to facilitate solution focused questions learning opportunities (such as Questions that Make a Difference) in a virtual setting. L. For PPS to continue to facilitate initial assessment learning opportunities for the Protection Report Center (such as Rick Intelligence) in a virtual setting. M. Collect data, develop and support dashboards for PPS leadership in understanding the implementation goals.
