Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is seeking a marketing firm to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, potentially including a new direction, with the aim of establishing the District as the preferred choice for parents, students, teachers, and staff in our community and solidifying its position as the leader in high school education. • Marketing strategy to include strategic planning, research, brand strategy, brand positioning, and multicultural branding. • Creative development to include creative strategy, brand platform, visual positioning, and identity development. • Website development to include content strategy and analytics. • Copy and content development to include print, video/audio components, animation/motion graphics, infographics, and commercials. • Social media design to include identity, building and engaging communities, content and channel strategy, influencer outreach, and real-time engagement. The above may not be inclusive of every marketing/advertising service needed. As needs evolve, the District may work with awarded vendors on additional, but closely related, services to achieve the deliverable outlined. The awarded vendor will work in conjunction with the Executive Director of Community Relations, and schools, as well as other Marketing agencies contracted by the District.
