Supply and Install 7500’ Subgrade Drainage 12” HDPE Dual Wall Perforated pipe, 5 FES c. Supply and install 5’ Black Vinyl Coated Fence at field perimeter (match fields 48- 49 & 52-54) d. The two large Areas to have five 20’ swing gates and four pedestrian gates - match fence e. The smaller field to have three 20’ swing gates and three pedestrian gates - match fence f. Supply and install a 1’ wide x 8” high perimeter curb, fence posts to be poured in curb line g. Supply and install 4 oz. Non-woven Geotextile Fabric at Field Profile Subgrade with 1’ overlap h. Supply and install a Ground Contact Treated 2” x 4” Nailer at new perimeter curb i. Supply and place 12” Multiflow Flat Tile 25’ on center to cover entire field areas j. Supply and place 4” of ¾” (814C) Trap Rock Clear Base Stone k. Supply and place 2” of Top Stone (61 Mod 817) l. Supply and install FieldTurf Vertex Prestige 2.25” to meet Fieldturf specifications to be installed by a certified FieldTurf installer to be approved by Owner (no markings/lines/logos on turf, 100% green) m. Supply and install Musco LED light structures, with 30 foot candle average light level covering entire turf surface (each light pole to have one 20 amp circuit with a 110 outlet) n. Include pricing for 9,500 sf of 4” concrete paving o. Unit price for export of excess mateiral 2. Project Set-Up, Support a. Supply restroom(s) for duration of projects b. Supply, install, remove three construction entrances c. Supply dumpsters for all project debris d. Export all excess material 3. Earth and Water Work • Match NSC campus feel and concept. • Provide a functional site plan which includes outdoor storage of construction materials. Proposal to include $100,000.00 allowance for engineering, permit, and fees. The proposal should assume existing conditions to be 6” of topsoil on suitable soils. Proposal shall include construction timeline. Definition to be given for start date and completion date.
