Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Enfield invites sealed proposals for the complete demolition and renovation of the six (6) restrooms to achieve the following goals: I. Complete demolition and renovation of six (6) common area restrooms. II. Relocate any plumbing pipes, drains, and partition walls as necessary. III. Replacement of wall and floor coverings. IV. Replacement of light fixtures and electrical devices. V. Replacement of all plumbing fixtures with fully automated versions. VI. Replacement of all dispensers with fully automated versions. VII. Removal of the ground-floor showers. VIII. Installation of flooring drains and all corresponding equipment. IX. Abate or encapsulate any hazardous materials as applicable. X. Follow specifications and drawings outlined by the Owner’s A/E firm. XI. Adherence to all applicable ADA regulations
