Specifications include, but are not limited to: We are looking for a recruitment advertising brokering company that has the technology and capacity to monitor thousands of online job boards, trade journals, and websites worldwide to provide recruitment advertising solutions that are both results-driven and cost-effective. Additionally, we would like to see services include the ability to “scrape” job posting information for automatic distribution to advertising locations, easy payment options, development of advertising campaign proposals designed to attract both qualified and diverse applicants, providing user-focused communication strategies, negotiation services with advertising agencies, DEI reporting, and overall advertising effectiveness and success.We hope this work and partnership will enhance the City’s recruitment and hiring of top exceptional employees who represent diversity in all its forms to advance retention, innovation, and vitality for the City of Tucson.In addition to advertising solutions, we are looking for the respondents to provide technology advising and technology solutions (“Services”) that give information on diversity media analysis, reporting, and effectiveness as it relates to advertising in accordance with the City of Tucson hiring plan, Labor Union Agreements, and all hiring rules and regulations of the City of Tucson. Companies with demonstrated experience in this area and an interest in making their services available to the City of Tucson are invited to respond to this RFP.The work contemplated is professional in nature.
