Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide topographic surveys that measure location and elevation of the structures above and below the water line, including toe of structure and ordinary high water. Also, provide cross sections (minimum of 3/structure) with depth of river channel adjacent to the structures to monitor for scour. Provide survey control for long-term monitoring and potential construction of repairs. The primary purpose of the Circle View survey is to monitor for erosion or other damage to the dikes over time using consistent survey methods and locations. These surveys will be compared with available past surveys and will be used for comparison with future surveys. The purpose of these two surveys in Talkeetna is the same as the Circle View Dikes above, but may also will be used for the design of repairs to the revetment in downtown Talkeetna. Surveys should use the following coordinate systems or provide translations to those systems: • Horizontal State Plane Zone 4 • Vertical NAVD 88; The deliverables shall include the following: • Topographic, bathymetric, and as-builts surveys: The surveyor shall submit draft plan-view surveys, profiles, and cross sections at 25-foot intervals; the 11” x 17” Adobe pdf drawings should be sealed by the Surveyor of Record. • Survey Control Drawing for the Talkeetna Revetment sealed by the surveyor of record. • ACAD files in the Civil 3D 2023 format. • Surveys field notes and calculations
