Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor will be responsible for content development, content production, content launch, promotion, collaboration and hosting/maintenance services for a set of up to six(6) 15 minute educational courses on the IECC energy code for residential construction as is current and adopted in Utah. Specifically, content will include the energy code portion of the Utah Code; Residential 2015 IECC Residential Energy Efficiency, Chapter 4, with the amendments listed in Utah Code Title 15A Chapter 3 Part 7 Section 701; Emphasis will be given to exterior wall insulation in climate zone 5 (CZ5), duct leakage, basement wall insulation, and mechanical ventilation requirements associated with above code thermal envelope air exchange performance. The vendor will also facilitate participant registration for Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) professional licensing credits. The series of courses when successfully completed with qualify for one (1) DOPL credits. The credit application process may be coordinated by the Vendor or through a partner provider organization (e.g., Salt Lake Community College, Utah Home Builders Association, or other). Participants will be required to co-fund or fully fund the cost of DOPL credits.
