Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A visioning/chartering meeting (workshop) be held to establish a project charter and guiding principles. • A partnering/facilitation meeting (workshop) be held on a quarterly basis (at a minimum). • An approach to build trust among team members (e.g., team building workshop, monthly meal, volunteer opportunities) • A means to elicit feedback from team members on a regular basis is established and used. Examples include phone interviews, suggestion box, surveys, etc. • Training in conflict resolution, situational de-escalation, diversity/inclusion and antiharassment/anti-discrimination, and change management should be provided. • Facilitation of discussion regarding roles and responsibilities, lines of communication, and a decision escalation ladder. This effort could include review and input in the overall Project Management Plan developed by SLCDPU/Jacobs. • Discussing and establishing how decisions and direction are communicated to the entire team. • Plan to address personnel changes within the project team; that is, lead a discussion regarding change in personnel and developing a plan for these transitions, and helping implement it as needed. • Help keep the team accountable for following agreed to communication, transition, direction, developed procedures, and updating these items as needed throughout the life of the project.
