Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 The percentage of dissolved dry solids shall be at least 55%. 2.1.1 Included in the attributes is a line item asking for percentage of dissolved dry solids. 2.2 The amount of the undissolved dry solid product shall pass through #6 sieve at a percentage of at least 99%. 2.3 Product shall be listed on the most current release of the Clear Roads Qualified Product List – Inhibitors. 2.3.1 Category A1 – Corrosion inhibitor for sodium chloride brine (min. 21% NaCl) or, 2.3.2 Category A2 – Corrosion inhibitor for sodium chloride and calcium chloride brine (min. 15% NaCl & 2% CaCl2) or, 2.3.3 Category A3 – Corrosion inhibitor for sodium chloride (min. 15% NaCl). 2.4 In-house training shall be available to employees on how to handle and mix products if requested. 2.4.1 With up to three (3) training sessions optional. 2.5 The product shall be delivered to the Maintenance Operations Division. 2.5.1 Pricing shall include delivery. 2.5.2 The contract Manager is Tim Byrne.
