Specifications include, but are not limited to:1.1.1 The primary goal is to continue motorist’s compliance with ON-ST parking regulations. This RFQ/P management and operations effort include without limitation the following: a Electronic HH ticket writing devices, and hardware and software components for a fully comprehensive integrated PCIMS with RF communications, to perform enforcement for issuing parking citations in the City’s jurisdiction; b Provide easily accessible bi-lingual web-based and Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) telephone system for motorists to pay tickets. c Recommending modifications to enforcement zones within twelve (12) months of Contractor’s PCIMS; d service commencement date in its IP as set forth in this RFQ/P; e Provide staff to support the Respondent’s PCIMS; f Providing monthly and ad hoc reports to the PA produced and distributed by Firm’s staff not the City or Parking Authority staff; g Provide web-enabled software, for the Magistrate’s Office, Hearing Officer, or Parking Authority’s staff to enter adjudication dispositions; and h Strictly adhere to the Appeal process established by the CT DMV, City, and NLPA;
