Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Offeror shall modify and maintain the proposed facility as necessary to enable it to conduct ADA complementary paratransit eligibility assessments and related on-site administrative functions. The Offeror shall be responsible for the cost of any necessary build-out or office space modifications to meet accessibility and functional requirements, furnishing and installations of information technology (IT) infrastructure, equipment, office supplies, furniture, telephones, and any related miscellaneous items. The office space must be configured so that each eligibility assessor may conduct interviews in private office spaces that are observable from outside these spaces. Cubicles and other open configurations are not appropriate for the required assessment activities. Lobbies, reception areas, and interview offices must be able to accommodate oversized mobility aids. The Offeror shall provide and maintain a scale of sufficient size to weigh applicants in their oversized mobility aids (e.g. oversized wheelchairs).
