Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Peristaltic Caustic Metering Pumps 3.1.1.1 Shall be capable of delivering rate at maximum back pressure of 30 l/h @ 5 bar. 3.1.1.2 Maximum pump speed must be 100 rpm. 3.1.1.3 Shall have a connector size of (o Ø x I Ø): 12mm x 9 mm. 3.1.1.4 Shall have a minimal suction lift of nine (9) meters of water column. 3.1.1.5 Shall have a minimum intake head of nine (9) meters of water column. 3.1.1.6 Tube material shall be made of thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). 3.1.1.7 Tube connectors and seal material shall be Polyvinylidene (PVDF) or Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). 3.1.1.8 Electrical connection shall be: 100-230 V + 10%, 50/60Hz. 3.1.1.9 Should have a nominal power of approximately 45 W. 3.1.1.10 Shall be able to operate within a permissible ambient temperature between 0 and 45° C. 3.1.1.11 Dosing head shall be on the right side of the pump. 3.1.1.12 Hydraulic Connector shall be 1/2 inch X 3/8 inch. 3.1.1.13 Shall have an optical hose rupture indicator. 3.1.1.14 Power cable shall be a minimum of six (6) feet long. 3.1.1.15 Shall have a relay function of 1 x N/O 24 V DC – 100 mA, and 1 x 4-20 mA output. 3.1.1.16 Shall have a half-inch (½”) injection valve and a foot valve. 3.1.1.17 Control Version shall be manual + external contact with pulse control + analog 0/4-20 mA. 3.1.1.18 Shall have a universal control cable with a five (5) pin round plug and a minimum length cable of six (6) feet. 3.1.1.19 Suction and Discharge Tubing shall be½ inch x 3/8 inch at 100 maximum operating pressure rating (psig). 3.1.1.26 Tube Fittings shall be JACO compression tube fitting or approved equal consisting of 3.1.1.26.1 Male fittings. 3.1.1.26.2 Tube site outside diameter of 1/2- inch 3.1.1.26.3 Pipe thread size shall be ½ inch with 14NPT threads. 3.1.1.26.4 All tubing and fittings shall have a minimum rating of 220 psi. 3.1.1.26.5 Material shall be polypropylene. 3.1.1.27 Vendor shall supply all labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to deliver the pumps to two (2) OSR Regional Offices.
