Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Perform plumbing services including storm drains, winterizing lines, and emergency repairs. • Standard repairs are expected to be schedule withing 24 hours. • Emergency repair response are expected within 1 hour, and on site within 3 hours window. • Annual maintenance will be scheduled for September by either email or a phone call. • Contractor shall provide a written report with pictures of all work done at the facility. • All work to be performed per industry standards. Contractor shall furnish all permits, labor, materials, tools and equipment for maintenance, repair, and installation services from within the contracted Service Area. • Contractor shall provide written quotes upon request. • Commercial Plumber License is required.
