Specifications include, but are not limited to: To provide the labor and materials for the collection, transportation, recycling and disposal of compressed gas cylinders from the Dakota County Recycling Zone. The Recycling Zone is located at 3365 Dodd Road, Eagan MN. Dakota County Staff Responsibilities - • The Dakota County Recycling Zone staff will unload, sort and consolidate the compressed gas cylinders received and will notify the contractor when a shipment is needed. Contractor Responsibilities - • To provide the materials for the collection of compressed gas clyinders. • To provide the transportation services of the collected compressed gas cylinders, which include but are not limited to checking containers, loading, completing paperwork, labeling, placarding, mobilization, transporting the gas cylinders from the Dakota County Recycling Zone to an authorized processing facility. • To provide detailed itemized invoicing that includes units of measure per price list item per shipment.
