Specifications include, but are not limited to: TTU’s RRM exists to provide hands-on, real-world experiences for students and to support scholarships in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. One of the business goals of TTU’s College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources includes purchasing various types and cuts of meat for resale. Key factors in generating profit revolve around the purchase price of meat and specialty food items supporting these sales. These items include, but are not limited to, various fresh and frozen meats, spices, and packaging (“Product(s)”). RRM will order various cuts and types of meat for resale which includes, but is not limited to, beef, pork, lamb, bacon, sausage, smoked sausage, jerky, and ribs on an as-needed basis. • Orders will be placed by RRM on an as-needed basis via TTU purchase orders. RRM will not be obligated to any minimum or maximum quantities. In addition, RRM may obtain quotes from other contracted vendors to ensure best value and pricing. • Substitutions of ordered Product(s) are not allowed unless RRM has first been notified and has approved the substitution. RRM will issue a revised purchase order or change order to confirm acceptance of the substituted Products. • Products shall be delivered F.O.B. TTU to the ship to code provided on the purchase order. Deliveries will only be allowed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless a special arrangement has been made with the ordering department. RRM will also have the option to pick up the Products at the Proposer(s)’ location.
