Please provide a cost to remove and dispose of this second battery string in early 2024) The Services include: • All travel and expenses (excluding any alcohol related expenses). • All UPS parts (batteries not included). • Semi-annual UPS PMs. • Quarterly Battery PMs. • 24 x 7 emergency service. Semi-Annual UPS PM Service (to be performed in November and May) • Perform visual inspection of UPS and surrounding area for cleanliness. • Perform visual inspection of all power connections for signs of overheating. • Verify all fans are operational. • Verify all air filters are clean. • Vacuum or replace air filters as necessary. • Verify the UPS ambient temperature and that the condition of the ventilating equipment are within manufacturer’s guidelines. • Perform lamp test, if applicable. • Provide alarm history and metering values download, if applicable. • Clean interior and exterior of UPS. • Inspect all printed circuit board connections. • Inspect all subassemblies, bridges and legs. • Inspect all alternating current (AC) capacitors, direct current (DC) capacitors, and DC connections for heat discoloration or leakage, and power supply voltages. • Verify that the AC and DC are within the operational parameters. • Measure and record input, output, bypass, and battery voltages and currents. • Verify rectifier and inverter voltages are with manufacturer’s specifications. • Verify generator is operational (with SAIF permission).
