Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town is seeking Engineering Consultant(s) to provide on-call services for a period of 5 years for projects that will range in size and may include singular or multi-disciplinary services. These services may include evaluation and analysis, feasibility studies, preliminary design, hydraulic modeling, state and federal permitting, preparing cost estimates, final design, construction administration and inspection, and perform any other requirements as necessary to complete a project for the Town. Engineering tasks shall be completed by the selected Consultant(s) annually on an as-needed basis. All as-needed services will be requested by the Town, quoted by the Consultant(s), and any approval for such work shall be based on available funding. One or more of the projects may be assigned to one or more consultants but the Town reserves the right to assign each job being considered to an individual consultant.
