Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this solicitation is to engage a qualified contractor to fulfill the role of Construction-Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) as further stated within this document, joining a team consisting of the Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) and Design Professionals. The intended delivery method for this project is “Construction-Manager-at-Risk” (CMAR), which consists of a Preconstruction Phase and a Construction Phase with separate contracts awarded for each phase. During the Preconstruction Phase, the selected contractor’s/firms will collaborate with ADCRR and the Architect/Engineer on the design, constructability, cost, and scheduling of the entire project and develop one or more Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposals to construct the resulting facilities.
