Specifications include, but are not limited to: Metro is seeking the removal, design, and installation of seventeen (17) commercial grade-heavy duty rolling garage doors. The contractor will supply all necessary and needed labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and material to remove and replace garage doors as listed in the chart below and shall be responsible for confirming all measurements. The contractor will also provide a minimum warranty of three (3) years from Completion Date for Parts and Workmanship with an option to extend warranty for an additional two (2) years. The qualified supplier must submit a quote which meets or exceeds these minimum specifications, for the purchase, delivery, and installation of the following seventeen (17) doors: #1 Gas Lane Garage Door Approximately 12’-0” tall x 10’-0” wide; #2 22nd Street Right Exit Garage Door Approximately 13’-3” tall x 16’-0” wide; #3 22nd Street Right Turn Vent Door Approximately 13’-3” tall x 16’-0” wide; #4 22nd Street Left Turn Vent Door Approximately 13’-3” tall x 16’-0” wide; #5 22nd Street Left Exit Garage Door Approximately 13’-3” tall x 16’-0” wide
