Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide a wide range of dependable, efficient, and cost-effective printing solutions, and invites your company to bid on providing a printing source capable of doing large orders of colored prints, black and white prints, booklets, single sheets, envelopes and posters. Bidders should also be able to stuff and seal envelopes (See Bidders Abilities and Exhibits 1-6). Bidders should be able to print large quantities of varying materials in a timely manner (See Bidders Abilities and Exhibits 1-6). The SLCoHD will work with the printer(s) to determine amount of time required for printing and delivery of print ready files in a timely manner.•Bidders must be able to provide a current business license and one letter of recommendation. •Selected vendors must be responsive to requests for quotes within two (2) business days. •Selected vendors must deliver ordered products within given budgets and timelines.
