Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Military Affairs (DMA) seeks bids from licensed General Contractorsto establish a Statewide Price Agreement for General Construction Services for DMA facilities, statewide. Licensed Contractors must be capable of providing all coordination, supervision, and related/required routine services, comprehensive general building construction, renovations, upgrade, and improvement projects, and to provide new construction services for the DMA facilities. All personnel working on the projects associated with each of the categories and who will be providing services shall be experienced and certified/licensed in all areas related to this work and required by the Scope of Work. Journeymen-level personnel shall have the ability and necessary skills to diagnose problems and to make the appropriate decisions needed to provide these services.
