Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bend requests proposals for a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to provide adequate support for the City’s significant investments in facilities, which is lacking in the current facilities management and work order software (Asset Planner and Web Helpdesk). Key needs are: • The ability to centralize facilities management electronic files and link them to work orders by capturing all information necessary to successfully maintain the facilities and make information readily available to those working in the field, • A work order system that is accessible to Facilities Technicians, City staff as well as external customers and contractors for increased efficiencies via a mobile system for facilities management, preventative maintenance, and daily work orders, • Tracking of preventative maintenance for warranty validation and/or historical purposes to make data-driven decision when considering budgeting for life cycle replacement.
