Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor must provide equipment that meets the following requirements: digitize according to best practices and standards as established by the Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative (FADGI); digitize a high volume of microfiche in a variety of sizes: Standard Jumbo fiche Mini jackets Aperture Cards Positive, Negative, and Mixed Vesicular Blue and Black Diazo Silver Duplex Duo Comic, Cine, and Mixed orientations digitize a high volume of microfilm at the following sizes and formats: 16 and 35 mm film Simplex Duplex Duo Blipped/Unblipped Positive, negative, and mixed Vesicular Blue and Black Diazo Silver Duplex Duo Comic, Cine, and Mixed orientations equipment must digitize to the following formats: Tiff bitonal G3/G4 Tiff Uncompressed Multi-page TIFF JPEG CALS PDF/A Multi-page PDF JPEG 2000 JPEG XR Optical Character Recognition equipment must include an internal PC using Windows 10 or Windows 11; equipment must also include scanning software and clear conditions regarding software updates; vendor must provide rates and fees for maintenance of both hardware and software
