Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake City Corporation (the "City") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants to provide grant financial modeling consultant services for City’s Department of Community and Neighborhoods –Housing Stability Division on an intermittent, “as needed” basis. Such service shall include, but not be limited to special projects related to grants management, project tracking, process optimization, database setup, research, statistical analysis, financial modeling and public outreach. Ideal candidates should be proficient in specialized software systems and have experience in grants management, project management, and research design, at a minimum. Consultant should be available to work on projects for weeks or months at a time, with potential for periods of no work between projects.
