Specifications include, but are not limited to: demolishing the property and any/all existing out buildings, clearing away all debris from the site and disposing in a legal manner, landfill fees, utility disconnects where indicated, filling all foundation cavities to the ground level, removal of all trees/vegetation throughout the entire property, and the cost of final site work as necessary to create a smooth and even finish grade capable of supporting vegetation and normal maintenance and the seeding of the site. Should there be any discrepancies between these specifications and the individual site specification bid sheet; the individual site specification bid sheet shall take precedence.; FOUNDATION – Remove all foundation walls and remove the basement floor. Fill all but the last one and one-half (1 ½) feet of the hole using material of which the formed aggregate does not exceed one and one-half (1 ½) inches. Fill the remaining one and one half (1 ½) feet as specified in the general specifications. An earthen crown shall be provided at the center of the demolition site to allow for proper site drainage. If the structure is constructed on a slab, remove the slab and remove all footings to one and one-half (1 ½) feet below grade. Fill all holes as specified in the general specifications. ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO BE REMOVED / COMPLETED AS INDICATED: Concrete pad walkways will be mark to be removed Building will need to be abated from Asbestos prior to demolition All scrub vegetation and trees marked with Orange ( X ) Grade and seed as specified in the general specifications Bid shall include demolition of structure(s) and related work as specified. Drive way and approaches on city right of way Drive ways and approaches on city right of way shall be removed and replaced with curb according to city standard spec’s.
