Specifications include, but are not limited to: -Removal of ALL interior finishes inside existing exterior walls. -Demolition of existing flat roof framing and BUR roofing above interior walls -Demolition of all interior electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and framing down to exterior truss bearing block walls -Removal of all floor tiles down to bare wood or concrete sub floors -Removal of all windows and caulking -Clean up and disposal of all debris inside approximate 60 x 40 structure -All labor, material, and disposal cost in job Description will be contractors’ responsibility -Contractor is responsible for all hazardous materials remediation -Contractor responsible for closing off building to occupied areas (garage shop) -Any utilities in concrete floor areas can remain and be abandoned -Entrance doors will remain in place -Confirmation of the disconnection of utility feeds and data lines will be contractors responsibility -Hygienist Report will be required to close the demolition project
