Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide design, permitting, bidding, construction services and other related services; including but not limited to: the injection well, associated monitoring wells, pumping facilities, startup and operational testing assistance, and other miscellaneous services as required. The existing Sunbridge WRF is permitted with a treatment capacity of 1.0 MGD with plans to expand to a future capacity of 3.5 MGD. The proposed injection well will be required to meet the demands of the increased effluent resulting from the 3.5 MGD expansion. In general, the services required for the improvements to the Sunbridge WRF may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Design services, construction administration, construction observation for an anticipated Class V exploratory injection well to a depth of approximately 3,000 feet below land surface (bls) and associated monitoring wells to a depth of approximately 1,850 feet bls. Final well depths will be determined via exploratory drilling. Preparation of Bid Documents including Technical Specifications and Drawings, bidding assistance, recommendation of award and other assistance as necessary to contract with the drilling contractor. • Design, bidding services, and construction administration services for the pumping facilities, effluent conveyance system, and completion of wellhead with appurtenances as necessary for a fully functional system. Preparation of Bid Documents including Technical Specifications and Drawings, bidding assistance, recommendation of award and other assistance as necessary to contract with the general contractor. • Future start-up services with the engineer of record and professional geologist may be requested upon completion of the injection well, including operational testing and reports. Subsequent to testing, acquisition of an operational well permit.
