Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work on which proposals are invited consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, equipment, tools, skills, and supervision necessary for the satisfactory completion of right-of-way and ditch maintenance services. This contract is of indefinite duration, indefinite quantities and will be comprised of one or several mini projects issued via Purchase Order. The exact number of purchase orders is unknown at the time of the bid. Right-of-way and ditch maintenance services include, but are not limited to: litter, leaves, and debris/trash pick-up and disposal prior to mowing; branch removal and placement in designated location; mowing of all grass areas (include bottoms and sides of ditches); grass border trimming or edge trimming adjacent to curbs, sidewalks, pavement, driveways, parking areas, buildings, property lines, etc.; string trimming around posts, fences, trees, monuments, hedges, planter beds, mulched areas, etc.; blowing all trimming, leaves, clippings, and debris off the roadway, sidewalks, paths, walkways, driveways, parking lots and other surfaces.
