Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. SES AMERICA (SESA) – (NEW) REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR PARTS FOR SES AMERICA (SESA) MESSAGE SIGNS - A. INDOT shall be responsible for freight charges of item(s) in need of repair to vendor. Vendor shall be responsible for all related freight charges for the return of repaired item to INDOT. B. All replacement units / parts shall be direct replacement units / parts not requiring additional components or modifications to other parts C. Parts sent for repair shall be repaired and returned within thirty (30) calendar days. 2. SKYLINE PRODUCTS – PARTS/TRAINING FOR SKYLINE DYNAMIC MESSAGE SIGNS (DMS) - A. Training: On-Site INDOT (Eight (8) hours on-site training w/Skyline Products certified trainerOne (1) day). B. INDOT shall be responsible for freight charges of item(s) in need of repair to vendor. Vendor shall be responsible for all related freight charges for the return of repaired item to INDOT. C. All replacement units / parts shall be direct replacement units / parts not requiring additional components or modifications to other parts D. Parts sent for repair shall be repaired and returned within thirty (30) calendar days. 3. CCTV PARTS AND REPAIRS (CAMERAS) - A. INDOT shall be responsible for freight charges of item(s) in need of repair to vendor. Vendor shall be responsible for all related freight charges for the return of repaired item to INDOT. B. All new, replacement or repaired Camera’s shall be shipped flashed with the most current INDOT accepted firmware. C. All replacement units / parts shall be direct replacement units / parts not requiring additional components or modifications to other parts D. Parts sent for repair shall be repaired and returned within thirty (30) calendar days.
