Specifications include, but are not limited to: MNPS is soliciting proposals for a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a trauma-informed ARS tool that can be accessed via computer, tablet, and phone (call/text) to meet students, families and staff where they are, to make it easier to anonymously report situations of concern (such as: abuse,drugs/guns on campus, threats, bullying or harassment, suicidal ideation, etc.).The fully functional anonymous reporting system will provide immediate resources (electronic, online, or in-person), help, contact information, or a live person for the situation being reported, or any situation where a person may need assistance.·The ARS must provide alerts to schools and/or district personnel based on the assigned role-basedpermissions.·The ARS must allow for report escalation. ·The ARS must have a query function for administrators to utilize.·The ARS must allow reporters to include attachments.
