Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall be responsible for providing all services required to meet the intended scope including but not limited to: Environmental & Geotechnical Investigations, Civil Engineering, Systems Plumbing, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and SCADA and Architectural. Alldisciplines shall hold a valid license issued by the State of Tennessee, Engineers & Surveyors Board. Theselected firm shall provide the following services:- Preliminary Engineering Services: Project Planning; Site(s) Assessment; Tank/Station Conceptual Configuration, Aesthetics and Screening; Permitting Assessment; Environmental Assessment; Flood Zone Evaluations; Archaeological and Habitat Constraints Assessment.- Project Representation before Board of Commissioners and General Public Communication and Outreach.- Project Design
