Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Albuquerque (City) is seeking proposals to provide professional insurance valuation services of City owned buildings/structures based on a four (4) year cycle. The City uses the information for its property insurance reporting needs in collaboration with its Agent of Record. The successful Offeror shall provide insurance valuation services over a four (4) year period consisting of an initial overall building/structure valuation of all existing City owned buildings/structures. Annual valuation update services, will be provided each year for the subsequent three (3) years following the property valuation, which will include exiting as well as buildings/structures added during the year.
