Specifications include, but are not limited to: A comprehensive, user-friendly, Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) system that will be customized to meet the County’s needs. The system will be used regularly by a small team (currently 11 people) with the addition of future users as needed. The CRM system must have the ability import legacy data currently stored in the existing system and/or Excel spreadsheets. The CRM system must have the ability to accommodate potential future enhancements and integrate with other services as needed. These must be possible without having to restructure and/or redesign the entire system, modify the base code, or create a legacy system that must be actively maintained.
