Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking proposals from developers of single-family detached homes to purchase lots, construct and sell homes. Developers may propose to develop all or a portion of the block. Block A is located at center of the southern edge of the Covington Central Riverfront neighborhood and is bounded by Fourth Street to the south, Johnson Street to the west, an alley to be built by the City to the north, and the extension of Russell Street to the east. The parcel will be subdivided into a maximum of 13 individual lots. As it is the City’s goal to weave this neighborhood back into the existing urban fabric, developers are encouraged to pay attention to the size and dimensions of residential lots in the surrounding neighborhoods of Mutter Gottes, Mainstrasse Village and Downtown. A parcel study was conducted by Kenton County Planning and Development Services and is available through the City’s (Bonfire) Procurement Portal at: https://covingtonky.bonfirehub.com/projects for download. Developers who closely emulate these dimensions will score higher in the proposal evaluation.
