Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Cordova requests written proposals from qualified Contractors interested in providing all the necessary services to design and install a sewer line from the Parks Maintenance Shop to the manhole/street. This will be a collaborative effort between the Owner and the Contractor. The Owner expects theContractor to use their expertise and ingenuity to develop a proposal with designs and materialsto accomplish the Owner’s Scope of Work. The City will consider any Value Engineering changes with documentation that the changes will meet the scope of work. The Owner will approve all designs before the start of the project. The Project consists of installing a sewer service line and a sewer manhole to the Parks Maintenance building as summarized below. The Contractor shall supply all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and appurtenances to complete the scope of work. The following scope of work is provided as a minimum guideline and does not include all work activities that may be required to complete theproject. In general, the work includes but is not limited to the following.•Mobilization and demobilization to the site.•Installation of approximately 50 2 ¼ HDPE linear feet of sewer line•Supply and installation of:o2 ¼ HDPE pipeo2 ¼ Check valves.o2 ¼ No Hub Couplingso2 ¼ Port X 20” saddle
