Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Promptly review the Master Schedule prepared and maintained by the Program Manager Consultant (PMC) and contractors. Analyze, evaluate, and forecast status against an established baseline schedule. This will be centered on using Primavera P6 software which is owned by the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA). • Monitor the progress of the work. • Assess the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages. • Promptly review estimates, submittals and invoices upon receipt and monitor progress against baseline budgets. Promptly review estimates for contracted services, the overall program budget, change requests, and requests for use of contingency. • Promptly review schedule and budgets updates including Earned Value analysis. • Provide cash flow forecast plans and estimates. • Analyze historical cost data including bid tabs, schedule of values, and other data. Provide construction cost estimate and project budget reviews based on this historical data. • Provide progress reporting and documentation backup in support of Federal and State grant reimbursements. • Evaluate and develop critical path logic networks and bar charts as needed, utilizing information submitted by the Program Manager Consultant • Evaluate historical data compiled by the Program Manager Consultant, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for planning and forecasting future Phases of the PAMP. • Perform other responsibilities associated with the PAMP as may be appropriate and as directed by the PAMP Engineering Manager. Not less than 20 days advance notice should be given if requests will cause the budget to be exceeded.
