Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Booking/Release: o Data Entry Ability to enter information about an arrestee, including but not limited to, name, physical descriptors, contact information, victim information, emergency contacts, scars/marks/tattoos (SMT) information, criminal history, incarceration history, and education. Log information about an arrestee’s condition when entering intake (were they in an accident, any injuries, etc.). Ability to enter arrest and charge information. Ability to enter specific court order information (judge, bail amount, probation terms, conditions). Ability to track court hearings (past and future) and the results. Ability to add original charges and dispositions. Ability to add attachments and news articles. Ability to create a new booking off a past booking. Ability to enter/manage inmate property (Inmates can check out property such as books). Be able to book and release self-surrenders. Ability to connect to a master number by name, and DOB which will link to active warrants. o Data Retrieval Ability to review mugshots as well as SMT photos. Ability to view all previous inmate information within the ACJ. Ability to be able to reactivate an inmate booking. Have a search feature to search criminal codes instead of having to enter a code to see what it is. Does your system have any flags that will stop a new booking if the arrestee has an active booking? Does your system have the ability to import arrestee information from Central Square (CAD) and/or Record Management System (RMS)? Does your system support an incoming section for arresting personnel? o Other Features Ability for inmates to sign and acknowledge in the system (Property, jail rulebook). Automated Consular Notification emails. • Inmate Module: o Search Functionality Search an inmate by wildcards, full name, SSN, DOB, partial name, identification number, and booking number. Ability to display an inmate summary for quick view. Ability to quickly switch between inmate’s previous bookings. Search for Scars, Marks and Tattoo (SMT) with a searchable report that shows tattoos by date, tattoo type, location, “sounds like” (e.g., 2 guns or two guns). Search by housing location. Use “right click” or similar function to be able to have quick access to log history, past charges, incidents, add alerts, movement history. Basic medical information available in the event of a medical emergency.
