Specifications include, but are not limited to: PBA is seeking a contractor(s) for the provision of plumbing services for PBA managed facilities. PBA manages a diverse group of properties ranging from the old courthouse that was built in the late 1800s to new construction. All PBA managed facilities are located within the boundaries of Knox County. The services to be provided are included but not limited to cleaning drains, snaking drains, grease trap pumping, the use of boring machines, the use of hydro vac, gas piping and locator. All work shall be supervised by a licensed master plumber. The use of apprentices or general laborers are acceptable only in support roles. The successful supplier(s) must show they have been in business and actively engaged in performing commercial plumbing services for a minimum of two years
