Specifications include, but are not limited to: MDWFP is requesting an EDMS that provides a long-term robust environment that will improve the current processes, forms, reports, and replace functionality currently provided by an EDMS, desktop document scanapplication, and anIn-house written repositoryretrievaldatabase. A proposed system will provide flexibility to alter process flows, duplicate current standard reports, provide ad hoc reports, and provide levels of administrative authority used for changes to process flows as well as changes to approval control points. The proposed system must include extensive reporting capabilities with a preferred drag and drop approach of predefined fields assuring data governess across the agency. MDWFP does not intend to provide additionalor third-party report writing tools.
