Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pocatello invites interested parties to submit Proposals for a one-year contract with optional extensions to provide consulting services to develop and lead the creation of the City’s first Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Plan, in alignment with the City’s recently adopted Comprehensive Plan 2040. The City is looking for firms with documented experience developing comprehensive parks and recreation planning services. The final plan shall include multiple elements, such as leading the City’s public engagement efforts, conducting a needs assessment, developing a design manual for City’s Parks and the development of an Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Plan.
