Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contract Item # 1 – Fury Stand Assembly or Equal – Quantity of 30. 3.1.1.1 Stand Assembly must be at a maximum of 26 inches in length. 3.1.1.2 Stand Assembly must be at a minimum of 24 inches in length. 3.1.1.3 Stand Assembly must be at a maximum of 22 ½ inches in width. 3.1.1.4 Stand Assembly must be at a minimum of 20 ½ inches in width. 3.1.1.5 Stand Assembly must be at a maximum of 76 inches in height. 3.1.1.6 Stand Assembly must be at a minimum of 74 inches in width. 3.1.1.7 Stand Assembly must be capable of operating in a temperature range of minus 10°(-10) Celsius to sixty (60°) Celsius. 3.1.1.8 Stand Assembly must be capable of a 360° turn. 3.1.1.8.1 Turner power supply voltage must be 24 VDC. 3.1.1.8.2 Turner Unit Amp must be 2.5 AMP running current. 3.1.1.8.3 Turner Supply Amp must be 5 AMP running current. 3.1.1.8.4 Turner must have at a minimum of a 5 AMP circuit protection. 3.1.1.9 Stand Assembly must have Onboard LED tactical lighting for advanced / low-light training. Contract Item # 2 – Wireless Tablet (iPad) or Equal – Quantity of 1. 3.1.2.1 Vendor must provide a HMI Touch Screen. 3.1.2.1.1 Wireless Tablet (iPad) or Equal must come preloaded with the SpireOS operating system or Equal. 3.1.2.1.2 Touch screen must be at a maximum of 12 ½ inches in length. 3.1.2.1.3 Touch screen must be at a maximum of 9 ¾ inches in width. 3.1.2.1.4 Touch screen must be at a maximum of 2 inches in height. 3.1.2.1.5 Touch screen power supply must be 24 VDC +/- 20%. 3.1.2.1.6 Touch screen voltage must be at a maximum of 37 watts. 3.1.2.2 Targets must have the capability to be controlled individually or synchronously with a master control touch screen or wireless remote. 3.1.2.2.1 Wireless key fob remote must be included in the bid package. 3.1.2.2.2 The Master control console must be capable to allow the rangemaster to manually control drills for individuals or for all of the positions simultaneously. Contract Item # 3 – Installation, Training, and Warranty. 3.1.3.1 Vendor must provide all equipment and tools necessary to install the equipment as outlined in specifications 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 above. 3.1.3.2 Vendor must provide training of the equipment to the WV State Police range master once installation is complete. 3.1.3.3 Vendor must provide at a minimum of a one (1) year warranty of all parts and customer support.
